Embracing Supplier Diversity: A Journey with the Warriors Franchise Fund Cohort

As an entrepreneur, one of the most rewarding experiences is participating in programs that not only foster growth but also empower you with invaluable knowledge and resources. Recently, I had the privilege of being part of the Warriors Franchise Fund Cohort for Viscera Studio, an initiative that not only provided funding but also prepared businesses for corporations with supplier diversity programs.

The Warriors Franchise Fund Cohort is a business accelerator with a community of driven individuals committed to fostering diversity and inclusion within the corporate landscape.

The program kicked off with intensive workshops, covering a spectrum of topics essential for entrepreneurs aiming to engage with large corporations. Through interactive sessions led by industry experts, I gained a profound understanding of the significance of supplier diversity and its impact on both corporations and small businesses.

Mentorship and guidance provided throughout the program was invaluable. Having access to seasoned entrepreneurs and industry leaders who shared their experiences and offered personalized advice was a game-changer.

And to cap it all off, the reward at the end of this enriching journey was attending a live Warriors game with the entire cohort of graduates and we were even on TV! This was not just a fun outing but a symbolic gesture of solidarity and celebration of our collective achievements.

I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of a community that is driving meaningful change and look forward to paying it forward by supporting fellow entrepreneurs on their journey to success.
